Eligibility
Candidates must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Plumber/Draftsmen (Civil) Trade or a Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute. Desirable qualifications include a Plumbing License issued by Kerala Water Authority or an Electrical Wireman License from the Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board.
