Eligibility
Senior Operations Manager
- Qualification: Graduation in MLT / Medical Microbiology / Medical Biochemistry / Medical Biotechnology / Medical Immunology or BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in QA/QC of clinical diagnostic laboratories including ISO 15189 / NABL accreditation.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 01-07-2026.
Operations Manager / Associate Manager (Regulatory Affairs)
- Qualification: B.Pharm or Graduation in Biomedical Sciences.
- Experience: Operations Manager - Min 3 years; Associate Manager - Min 1 year in regulatory affairs, product registration, dossier preparation.
- Age Limit: Operations Manager: 40 years; Associate Manager: 37 years (as on 01-07-2026).
Salary / Pay Scale
- Senior Operations Manager: Basic Pay Rs. 35,000 - 65,000/- (Gross approx. Rs. 70,385/-).
- Operations Manager: Basic Pay Rs. 30,000 - 50,000/- (Gross approx. Rs. 60,330/-).
- Associate Manager: Basic Pay Rs. 25,000 - 45,000/- (Gross approx. Rs. 50,275/-).
