Eligibility
- 2-year Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Human Resources Management, or Labour Welfare from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification executive experience in Labour Welfare and Industrial Relations in a PSU/Factory/Mines/Plantations with at least 250 employees.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Malayalam and English.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 years as on 01.07.2026.
- Age relaxation applicable for PwBD (10 years) and Ex-Servicemen as per government rules.
Application Fee
- General/OBC: Rs. 1180/- (including GST).
- SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000 (E2 grade).
- Candidates are entitled to IDA, EPF, medical insurance, HRA, and other allowances as per company rules.
