Eligibility
Candidates must possess one of the following:
- Certificate of competency as Master Foreign going holder with at least six months experience as Chief Officer.
- Certificate of competency as Dredger Master Gr I with 2 years experience on Dredgers.
- Certificate of competency as Master NCV with 2 years experience on Dredgers.
- Officers who have held the rank of Lieutenant Commander or Commander in the Executive Branch of the Indian Navy, with a minimum of seven years of sea service.
